Coronavirus spreads from one to another person, either by touching the hands or by touching the surface contaminated with this virus, and then touching the nose or mouth. The development of vaccine or medicines for the same is in progress and this short review will summarize the most potential candidates such as Remdesivir, Lopinavir and Ritonavir, Chloroquine, Hydroxychloroquine, Hydroxychloroquine with Azithromycin, Favipiravir, Umifenovir, and Ribavirin for its medicinal treatment.
