Application of Pickering Emulsion is a new area for the cure of multiple human disorders, such as cancer. There is a minimal accomplishment in traditional treatment modalities for cancer, including surgery, radiation, radiotherapy, and immunotherapy. The emergence of Pickering emulsion in cancer therapeutics is new hope in cancer treatment. Over the last 15 years, increasing importance in Pickering Emulsions was witnessed, primarily due to their very desirable properties similar to ordinary emulsions, namely their excellent stability. The main agenda of this review was to address the advantages, disadvantages, characterization parameters, i.e., droplet size & stability, etc., opportunities, different development procedures of Pickering Emulsion for cancer diseases. This review also addressed the recent developments in technological problems of Pickering Emulsions. It examined the possible benefits and disadvantages of utilizing such formulations as an alternative to traditional surfactant-based methods for topical pharmaceutical and cosmetic applications. The evolution of Pickering Emulsion as a multifunctional dosage from carrier reflects a revived outlook for the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.
